640u動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)分析儀

IOtech 600系列提供配有USB或以太網(wǎng)接口的24位動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)分析儀，在提供最大靈活性的同時(shí)，將采集的數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)傳輸至PC。動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)采集(DSA)硬件提供信號(hào)調(diào)理和數(shù)據(jù)采集；基于PC的eZ-Series軟件提供監(jiān)測(cè)和分析函數(shù)。

用戶可將600系列用于多類模擬輸入（包括：加速度計(jì)、速度計(jì)、接近式探針、麥克風(fēng)、轉(zhuǎn)速表或其他電壓輸入）。640型號(hào)可接受達(dá)±10 V輸入；650、652和672型號(hào)可接受達(dá)±40 V輸入。600系列還支持軟件可選式交流或直流耦合，當(dāng)與集成電路壓電式(IEPE)傳感器連接并配置為交流耦合時(shí)，還能自動(dòng)提供2.1 mA（640、650）或4 mA（652u、672u）的激勵(lì)電流源。

640型號(hào)包含1路可編程模擬輸出通道，可生成連續(xù)或掃頻正弦波信號(hào)以及隨機(jī)、突發(fā)和任意信號(hào)。模擬輸出信號(hào)可用于驅(qū)動(dòng)音頻或振動(dòng)臺(tái)放大器，繼而實(shí)現(xiàn)噪聲、振動(dòng)和聲振粗糙度(NVH)測(cè)試。

多種600系列軟件包（如：eZ-TOMAS和eZ-Balance）專門針對(duì)特定的振動(dòng)測(cè)量和分析應(yīng)用。

eZ-TOMAS和eZ-TOMAS Remote中極其完善且易于使用的工具適合單個(gè)或多個(gè)機(jī)器的監(jiān)測(cè)與分析。它們可用來(lái)評(píng)估可靠性和操作性。

通過(guò)eZ-Balance能夠完成最多7個(gè)平面的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械動(dòng)平衡。平衡套件包含分離質(zhì)量計(jì)算，有助平衡處理。eZ-Balance只兼容640u、650u、652u和ZonicBook/618E動(dòng)態(tài)信號(hào)分析儀。

另外北京迪陽(yáng)公司還提供一套可與IOtech DSA硬件搭配的振動(dòng)傳感器。LCO103T

分析速率從20Hz到40kHz可編程
